View a list of the records that are waiting to be approved. For example, you can see who requested the record to be approved, when it was sent, and when it is due to be approved.

View the approval requests that you have sent.

Accept or reject other users' requests to create or change certain documents, cards, or journal lines that you must approve before they can proceed. The list is filtered to requests where you are set up as the approver.

Open the approval entry.

Open the approval requests that remain to be approved or rejected.
